Our approach
1. Get in touch
Start by sending an email outlining your event brief and concerns or pick up the phone and talk to the team
2. No obligation consultation
Once we have your brief we will schedule a no obligation call to discuss your event which usually takes around 30-60 minutes. We will discuss your event objectives and the level of support you think you need.
3. Event estimate or fixed pricing
Our event experts have years of knowledge and can generally give you a fixed price for the event management and associated suppliers, but we are also brilliant at suggesting ideas that work within your existing budget. For more complex events we can generally give you an indication of what budget you need to think about. All our prices are transparent and in a quote and we liaise immediately if we see costs rising. As a general rule of thumb our pre event management fees are usually 15% of the event budget - to manage a project end to end.
4. Event planning
We allocate one of our event experts to your project. They get to work understanding your brief, booking suppliers, checking insurances, planning schedules and liaising with the venue - whatever is required from the event brief. They generally liaise with the client on a weekly basis as required.
5. Event day
We are a hands on event company. As we like to say, 'we are at the coalface, not holding a clipboard'. Our event managers are at the event build, coordinating suppliers, liasing with the venue and managing delegates. You get 100% event support start to finish.
